January 2009

If you want to get the inside scoop of the WSI event in February or WSI in general you can come to either the Scale Squadron Booth or the Check-In booth for the Static Contest and ask for one of the WSI members who will gladly answer all the questions that you might have in this regard.

So come, check us out at the AMA Convention in Ontario (1/9 - 1/11)!

You can download the WSI Feb '09 Event Flyer from our WSI Rules & Documents page. The Flyer contains usefull information about the event and the most important links and phone numbers.

The updating of the WSI Rules & Documents reflecting compatibility with the 2009 Scale Masters, AMA and Top Gun rules/competition Guides has been completed and are now posted therein. Additionally, a revision to the Registration Form, The WSI Rules themselves and Appendix 1 (flight judging) have been made and are reflected in the updated documents.

December 2008

As of today you can register yourself for the next WSI event using the provided form on our WSI Documents and Rules page. We will soon add an electronic registration form as well.

November 2008

As of today our Event Details and WSI Documents and Rules web-pages are on-line. - The first link elaborates on the motivation behind the event, what categories of RC planes are being catered, and some other relevant information pertaining to this new RC Scale competition.

The second link provides the formal framework for the WSI.

The WRCSG web-site is online! - The site is still under construction and many links and sub-webpages do yet have to be implemented. Please be patient when we add new content to the page. If there are issues or errors please report them to our webmaster. - Thanks!

The Western RC Scale Group (WRCSG) was officially formed by six RC Scale enthusiasts in Southern California. The mission, goals, and vision of the group were formulated and a task group was formed to plan and organize a first Scale event in SoCal for 2009.
